A. Is there an annual registration fee for my vehicle tag?

No, unlike the DMV, your automobile, classified as a private conveyance, is exempt from annual taxes and registration fees. It is considered a household effect as per UCC 9-109.

B. Is there a potential consequence for not registering my automobile with the DMV?

No, there is no obligation to register your automobile unless it is utilized on the highway for business purposes, involving the charging of rates, fares, or fees for transporting passengers or cargo in a commercial capacity, thereby classifying your automobile as a motor vehicle. Refer to 18 USC 31(6)(10) for further clarification.

C. Is the USADOT a part of the de facto US Government?

No. The USADOT is a de jure governmental agencies formed for the people, by the people for WE THE PEOPLE. 

D. Is the USADOT constitutional?

Yes the USADOT gets its authority from the Ninth and Tenth Amendment of the U. S. Constitution. 

E. Are law enforcement personnel knowledgeable about our right to travel?

Regrettably, many law enforcement agencies lack comprehensive training on the rights of American Nationals concerning travel. Nevertheless, we have communicated with all Governors across every state, urging them to instruct their law enforcement agencies to mitigate any unfavorable interactions with American Nationals. Additionally, we have provided the Department of State's manual to all 50 states, outlining their responsibilities concerning American Nationals.

F. Will I have legal help if I run into trouble?

Certainly. USADOT mandates that all its members obtain LegalShield, a service offering continuous legal counsel. In the event of an unwarranted stop or detention, members can promptly engage one of our network attorneys to address the situation. The presence of legal representation is known to alter law enforcement interactions, often minimizing encounters and mitigating the risk of rights violations.
